This option is for those who have completed Part I from the American Heart Association website only.  We DO NOT accept certificates from any other websites.  Please enter your name, date completed and certificate number in the "comments" box.  We must validate the certificate before we schedule the skill check. If you are not sure if your certificate is valid, DO NOT pay as there is a $15.00 transaction fee.

BLS skill checks  are by appointment, we will work with you to meet your needs.
